The design is positioned adjacent to the base of the Jiyun Canal, Animation Park, and the rapid roads to the south. This makes for convenient transportation and vast horizons, bringing in crowds and creating a comfortable living environment, with shopping malls entertainment, and residences.
The core concept of the design is to have a large square, where the streets converge, becoming the city’s activity location while bringing in crowds to electrify the shopping district. Then the public metropolitan square space will be cleverly converted into a more private residential area at the same time to create a dynamic site of business atmosphere and the privacy of comfortable life.
