Located beside the Hakka Opera Park, the project draws inspiration from the traditional Hakka spatial elements of streets, courtyards, alleys, and communal yards, transforming the large-scale development into a network of open plazas, green terraces, and semi-outdoor walkways that connect culture, commerce, and everyday life.

The podium is shaped as a series of layered green terraces, responding to Zudong’s mountainous landscape and the Touqian River, while three transparent towers rise lightly above. At ground level, the landscape and pedestrian flow extend naturally from the Hakka Opera Park, creating an open urban living room for Hakka cuisine, creative markets, cultural performances, and leisure.

Under the concept of “New Hakka Courtyard · Living with the Mountain City,” the project creates a contemporary Hakka community that connects local culture, natural landscape, and modern urban life, becoming a new cultural gateway for Zudong.
