The masterplan transforms a large-scale urban site into a connected, porous and climate-responsive neighborhood, bringing together office, residential, retail and public uses within a shared landscape framework.

Rather than treating individual towers as isolated objects, the development establishes an ecosystem of buildings, gardens, public courtyards, terraces and pedestrian connections. A continuous network of platforms, ramps and landscaped paths extends through the site, connecting different programs and levels while creating a sequence of places for everyday life.

The result is a district that operates at two scales simultaneously: a recognizable urban destination at the city scale, and a comfortable, human-scaled neighborhood at the pedestrian level.
