The concept of living next to the waterfront, people’s living needs arise the business development, providing shopping and business entertainment experiences.

The fast road from the southwest into the shopping center. The core store is located in the hub of the commercial walkers, forming the focus of crowds. Commercial zone as waterfront village and adjacent residential combination.

This boundary reveals the following features of this multiple district fusion business entity:
1. Link the resident's natural environment and business-oriented activities.
2. To meet the eco-city of 30,000 residents of the commercial shopping needs.
3. Create new town entertainment center.

The main traffic trunk road and the service demand of each branch road service shopping center, each branch does not pass the waterfront community. The proposed design area is clearly divided between public (commercial) and private (residential), while waterfront residential areas are accessible by trunk roads.
