This project represents a blend of residential and commercial use, set amidst the picturesque geographical environment of Nangang, which is bordered by Nangang Mountain to the south and the Keelung River to the north. It offers a unique living experience, nestled between the mountains and rivers. In terms of architectural form, the design draws inspiration from the undulating roofline of the second building of Nangang Exhibition Hall, employing the artistic technique of "origami." This approach mimics the contours of the surrounding mountains and the fluidity of flowing water, infusing new expressions of vitality into the distinctive Nangang Economic and Trade Park. The result is a dynamic and visually captivating landscape that enriches the character of the area.

In alignment with the standardized and comprehensive development of Nangang Economic and Trade Park, the main structure of the project integrates various materials such as natural stones in varying shades of gray, hanging bricks, and expansion nets. By incorporating ivory-colored natural stone along with accents of champagne gold and copper-colored expansion nets, the design vibrates into the entire first-floor commercial block. This use of lively architectural expressions revitalizes the modern buildings within the economic and trade park, enhancing their aesthetic and benefiting the atmosphere of the area.
