The site is located at the intersection of the main urban axis near Taoyuan Station, where the old and new converge. Framed by the surrounding skyline along Minzu Road and Fuxing Road, the project's focal point is the 24-story three-axis structure. This serves as the highlight of the design, shaping a rich urban landscape and showcasing a dynamic and layered architectural expression.
Through the layering of lines and materials, it shapes a building that embodies modernity, regional characteristics, and urban iconicity, establishing itself as a key landmark in the Taoyuan Station commercial district.

The façade incorporates accents of antique bronze aluminum panels, with metal sheets and stone elements arranged to subtly express the vibrant interweaving of the surrounding urban fabric. The refined texture of the metal, responding to changes in light, reveals a warm luster, enhancing the building’s overall sense of modernity and understated elegance.
As a landmark at the corner of the commercial district, the building adopts an open and dynamic design approach at its corner, where the interplay of lines and layering of materials enhance the connection between the architecture and pedestrians.
