The Shui Xian Towers are situated in the New Taipei City area along the riverfront and lush mountain horizons on the backside. It will consist of three residential towers listing at thirty floors. Currently we have completed the concept phase of the first two towers. One will be under construction shortly. 

These towers are to be mainly used for holiday living conditions with their open roof gardens and spacious pop-out balconies for the residents to enjoy the view and fresh mountain air. Both towers share similar characteristics of materiality and curved balcony forms. Tower One has a dynamic front facade with private balconies for each apartment. Tower Two has large communnity garden spaces between every other floor which can be accessed as you exit the lobby elevators. The overall concept is to create a sisterhood between all three towers, each varying slightly from one another but creating a strong presence alltogether.
