The site situated between the river and mountains, the 2 elements allow cool winds to flow across the towers.
Also the heat is stored in concrete and material mass of the city’s buildings during day so more high-rise the increase in the heat index but near the site are mainly low-rise buildings so this also keeps the site cooler.
The design intent of the Riverside Park is to create a sense of relaxation for the residents to use as an escape from the city and To integrate the water landscape into the architecture of the towers, making the space continuous. 
The architecture of the building form is also consistent to the language of the landscape furniture and to the fluid landscape forms. The material selection maintains a simplicity of natural texture of stone, grass, and wood.
